the Horn family

I love this little family.  They’re probably one of the sweetest you’ll ever meet.  I was supposed to post these after Christmas…well after New Years works, too 🙂  Thank you, Jen and family for letting me capture your family again and again and again…

baby violet and her pretty mommy and grammy too | child photography

I had the privilege of photographing this sweet girl when she was just days old, and now here she is 1 year old already!!  I always say it, but if I could freeze time I would.  It truly goes by way too fast.   Little miss V is as sweet as can be and has the most gorgeous blue eyes that live up to her pretty name.  Audrey, thank you so much for letting me capture your sweet girl again.  I hope these images make you so proud to be this sweet girls momma.

This family is very dear to me…we went to the same college together, we were fellow athletes, we both married our college sweethearts and then getting to work together (kim and I) at the same school before Sean and I moved up to Washington.  Kim and Chris are the type of friends you can just pick up right where you left off and that’s exactly what we did on this sunny, California day :).    This was the first time I got to meet their adorable and SWEET children.  It makes me wish we lived closer so our kids could play together…sigh…  Thank you, Kollmann family for letting me hang out with you for a little bit.  I wish I could every day.

It’s always so fun to see people after not seeing them for years and then getting to meet their families.  That was the case for Heather and her beautiful family.  Her sweet girls were such troopers to tromp around through the tall, pokey grass and around the bee filled trees and yet still have happy faces. 🙂  Thanks George and Heather for letting me capture your sweet family.  It was such a joy for me.
